How to delete your account in the app

1. Open the app and sign in with your phone number.

2. Tap "Профиль" (Profile) in the bottom bar.

3. Open "Настройки" (Settings).

4. Tap "Закрыть аккаунт" (Close account).

5. Type your own phone number to confirm, then confirm the deletion.

How to delete your account on the website

The same steps: sign in at kyzylkiya.city, open your account area, go to Settings, tap Close account and confirm with your own phone number.

How to delete some of your data without closing the account

1. A listing: Profile - My listings - open the listing and tap Delete.

2. Profile picture: Profile - Settings - Remove picture.

3. Cart: open the Cart and remove the items from it.

4. Favourites: open Favourites and remove items, or delete a whole folder.

If you cannot sign in

Write to [email protected] from the address or number you registered with and include the phone number of your account. We will delete the account manually and reply to you.

What is deleted

The whole account: phone number, name and profile picture.

All of your listings together with their photos.

Your cart, favourites and the favourite folders you created.

Your listings are unpublished the moment you tap Close account - nobody can see them any more.

What is kept and for how long

Account data is kept for another 14 days after closing and only then permanently erased. That window exists in case you change your mind: to come back you simply sign in as usual, nothing has to be restored separately.

Records of listing payments - amount, date and payment status - are kept longer where accounting rules require it. Your phone number is not needed in them and is deleted together with the account.

Server backups are refreshed daily, so deleted data disappears from them within a day.
